8 Weeks of Energetic Empowerment

This series is for deep focused clearing, healing, activating and evolving of each of your 7 main chakras, and in an 8th session, the chakra system as a whole.

The chakras are our main energetic structures for interfacing to and interacting with life. Their health, clarity, and strength directly mediates our subjective quality of life and our connections with others.

Wherever you’re at in your journey of healing and evolving, the divine consciousness and energies of these sessions will meet you there and support you into greater energetic health and chakra functioning.

A short introduction about each chakra, the themes of the associated level of life for us internally and collectively, will be provided at the start of each session, but this will mostly be a silent energetically empowered meditation (or medi-nap if you want to relax and just receive deeply).

This journey is suited to anyone open to improving their lives through energetic healing. You don’t need any experience, belief, or competency to attend and receive. Just be open to things getting better. If you have any questions, just reach out via direct message.

> To receive you just relax, meditate or medi-nap while sitting or laying down. Being at home, I understand you may need to briefly wrangle the kids or interact with partners etc 😉 You just need to keep part of you visible on Zoom throughout and be as inward focused as possible – thank you 🙏

ABOUT CHRIS
